International conference “Sanctions Work: Degrading Russia’s War Machine” to be streamed live on 12 November

A dedicated space for children was already available at FIU Latvia, but it was initially designed primarily for preschool-age children. Its facilities have now been expanded to allow older children to spend their time meaningfully, relax or complete school assignments. The workstation for parents enables them to carry out their professional duties while remaining close to their children and providing the necessary supervision.

This arrangement offers practical support to employees who need to balance childcare responsibilities with their professional duties. It also contributes to a working environment that takes into account the needs of employees and their families.
FIU Latvia aims to create a working environment where employees and their families feel supported and valued. This commitment is also reflected in FIU Latvia receiving recognition under the Society Integration Foundation’s Family-Friendly Workplace initative for the second consecutive time.
